Success or happiness? Happiness or success?

Sometimes there are tough choices to make, but sometimes it’s just
a matter of understanding what a few simple words mean. Consider the
choice between happiness and success. Sometimes we mislabel
“success”.

Do you take that job in management and leave the hands-on world you
love so much? Isn’t that a moot point. Would it be a success to move
up into management? If it brings more money and less happiness, is
that a success? Will it bring your family more happiness if you are
unhappy?

If happiness is not success, then just what would qualify as success?
